About Talents Children's Home
Providing a Home for Orphaned Children in Kenya
Talents Children's Mission is a small home for orphaned children that is registered with the Attorney General office and incorporated in the office of the local Children's Officer which started receiving children in Februay 2007.
We have seven (7) staff members headed by Susan - the house mother, and David who is the administrator all working under the leadership of Bishop Dr Samuel K Muya HSC.
Our Mission
Look for orphans within and out of Elburgon town who we can nurture and support so as to improve communities by reintegrating people with potential back into society.
Our Vision
To provide good care, food, shelter, clothing, education, spriritual nourishment and good health to the vulnerable boys and girls especially those orphaned by HIV/AIDS.
Our Goals
- Start with boys but as resources improve also support girls
- Care for orphans in a condusive environment until they develop into adults
- Source for jobs when they complete studies to ensure they can sustain themselves
